This website is fast becoming the "World's Largest Success Club" with over 600 content-rich educational products you can access, an expert panel and a suite of online courses covering property, business and personal development.

Still interesting times in the Australian market; depending on who you ask and what stats you look at prices have been moving in the housing market fuelled by three key factors:
- Historically low interest rates
- First home buyers stimulus
- Increasing rents
Market Summary
- As you would expect growth has been led by the first home buyers market, With the <$600,000 area moving well.
- Top end is still looking shaky as are mining focused sectors.
- Investors are still sitting on the fence somewhat
- it is still a rough ride for developers at the moment with the bank finance conditions causing projects to delay or stop entirely.
Personal Insight
On a personal front, I have been going through some renovation activity particularly on kitchens and bathrooms, a strata titling project up in Queensland, and trying to keep cool whilst a few property development JVs I am involved in run into some delays…. The increased risk you get with property development is certainly showing its face!
I also for the first time look like I am going to be using the landlord’s insurance I have taken out with a tenant breaking lease and some troubles retenanting, the insurance has limited my exposure.
OUTthere Magazine Property Column
I mentioned last time that I was property columnist for Rex airlines magazines and in case none of you have travelled on Rex airline this month, you can download the first column by clicking on the link below!
OUTthere Magazine Interview with Chris Gray

"This month, OUTthere speaks to property guru Chris Gray, who has built a personal portfolio in excess of $10 million, about property investment strategies. As well as appearing regularly on Sky Business News, he is the CEO of Empire, a company that builds property portfolios for time-poor professionals – searching, negotiating and renovating on their behalf."
Some of the other markets I am across; UK is murmuring signs of recovery, but Dubai is still a mess by all accounts!!

- A personal touch
So, if you are a member, and property is your thing, then you can do this course as part of your membership fee. There is NO additional charge at this stage and it really offers sensational value.

The business world is feeling a lot more positive and the general panic seems to be receding.
I am currently advising on an integration deal which will create the largest Food and Beverage company in Australia. A great opportunity to fine tune my business skills as it involves an end to end assessment and evaluation of two businesses;

FREE Social Traffic Book - Cracking The Code
First of all I need to give you the mechanism to access the fantastic book that I talked about in the last newsletter; Social Traffic:
"Our media scape has changed forever"

I have worked with Simon Ford in a previous role when I was advising him on a start up he was leading at the time; having worked with him personally, I always knew that he would end in an evangelist type role; he has always been forward thinking, sometimes ahead of where many people can grasp. A very interesting read

As always, we would always promote that success in life goes hand in hand with success in YOU. So, amongst all the things that keep you busy, are you proactively building yourself to be a better person. Try answering these questions….
- Do you feel that you are in balance?
- Specifically, do you have time for yourself, your friends and your family?
- How connected are you with the actual moment you are in?
- What is your breathing like?
Unfortunately, working on yourself is often the last thing on the priority list. In fact as we get more stress, the tendency is to partake in any range of “comfort” activities which of course is only a short term fix and makes us worse over the longer term.
The only way forward is to proactively (even if it is the last thing you feel like doing) put into place positive actions to break the cycle.
I would be the first to admit that keeping my balance is something I have to work on regularly, so have been actively making time for yoga and relaxation, committed to organize a house party to give back to my social scene and taking the self-pressure of certain goals to remain enthused by the journey and not obsessed by the outcome.
I have also been spending time with a healer who was recommended to me by a close, personal friend with a focus on breaking historical beliefs and patterns of behavior. Very challenging at times, but totally worthwhile.
