Matt Dobbin has over 17 years international consulting experience with a key focus on organisational strategy and driving major business improvement initiatives across a range of organisations. His specific areas of expertise include strategy implementation, business process re-engineering, business integration and major change management.
Matth has had extensive international experience working with major clients in the USA, Middle East, Europe, Asia and New Zealand. He has been involved in a broad range of industries driving strategy implementation with a particular focus on logistics, construction, utilities, public sector, retail and tourism. His clients have included Brambles, CSR, Airservices Australia, Leighton Holdings, TDIC (UAE), Sydney Water, CASA, Australian Taxation Office, NEMMCO, Linfox, Freedom Furniture, Mitre 10 Australia, NZ Tourism Board and the Singapore Economic Development Group.
