You may have heard of Randy Pausch, who became famous last year for his “last lecture” which gained global publicity and was reshown on Oprah. For those of you that do not know; he was diagnosed with Cancer of the Pancreas and was given months to live. He dealt with this with dignity and was seen as an inspiration to many.

I particularly like the quote as follows:

” Don’t judge a person by what they say, but by what they do”

I will continue to post “real life experiences” . It really is important in life to take a step back and go and have some fun, try new things. The world is a fascinating place and we can sometimes lose sight of this.

Today we go into the amazing Cirque de Soleil. A great experience; this people are incredibly successful at what they do; I can only imagine the training and discipline they will have had to exhibit to become so exceptional.

I am really enjoying my time out here. Sub prime what sub prime? Cityscape 2008 is the big property event showing the latest in future developments and real estate. The market here is exploding both in capital and rental and the $ being poured in are surreal. i have created a short video for you. The first day was like a Wild West gold rush as hungry investors tried to grab key real estate. Purchasing property is one of the main agenda items for many attendees

Aside from all the money hungry investors it was great to see the focus on sustainability.
