We are finalizing our due diligence on an exciting business opportunity that will allow “average people to earn above average income”

I have been tapping into all my years of business experience to find a business vehicle that we could combine with all the knowledge and resources we have in the club (and in my head!) in online and offline marketing and social media.

The aim is to create a complete package, an end to end system and approach, accessible to everyone that would enable our members to achieve the success they deserve.

Finally after much searching, I have found the business vehicle and I am so excited I can hardly breathe as this will take the club, our members and our community to the next level.

Whilst I want to run around the streets telling everyone, I am holding off as like I said I am taking a phenomenal business vehicle and then wrapping a whole supporting framework around it to create something truly special.

If you want to keep up to date with the progress and launch of this opportunity then make sure you are on our data base (just grab your free gifts!) and we will let everyone know when we are ready.

Get ready for blast off!!

Change Management In Action
Thursday, October 29th, 2009

I am in the midst of a significant change program and it is interesting to observe how expert leaders go about executing change effectively.

It seems like the critical element before any tactical action is taken is ensure alignment, engagement and buy in with the key stakeholders.

How do you go about doing this? Start with the end in mind and build a shared vision; this is the foundation behind everything and is critical to ensure this happens. The word ‘shared’ is important here; the vision must be created with the key stakeholders rather than mandated.

How to automate twitter
Sunday, July 26th, 2009

I have been paying around with twitter over the last few months.

Obviously there has been alot of hype in the media particularly with celebrities on the rapid spread of twitter.

The question is how do you harness this application?

There is a new piece of content in the club on twitter introducing a heap of additional software that can help you automate many aspects. I have personally used many these and a few more and have built up a good following of over 11,000 over multiple niches

You can check out an example of one of mine. www.twitter.com/businessinoz

Once set up this whole process is automated.

I would still have a personal twitter account so that you can build relationships with people (mine is called success club if you want to follow!), but the automated twitter concept is useful for tapping into a community of like minded people.

If you have any questions about how I did all this then contact me for some more tips on how to automate twitter

Procastination is one of the great inhibitors of progress and success.

In part 7 of Think and grow rich we look at the impact of procrastination and how you have to find a way to overcome it.

One of the major focus is that you have to take action and this can often take a degree of courage.

A second focus is to be careful of listening to other people’s opinions when taking action.

Here are some quotes from the book that I like:

LACK OF DECISION was near the head of the list of the 30 major causes of FAILURE. This is no mere statement of a theory— it is a fact.

The majority of people who fail to accumulate money sufficient for their needs, are, generally, easily influenced by the “opinions” of others. They permit the newspapers and the “gossiping” neighbors to do their “thinking” for them. “Opinions” are the cheapest commodities on earth

Keep your own counsel, when you begin to put into practice the principles described here, by reaching your own decisions and following them. Take no one into your confidence, EXCEPT the members of your “Master Mind” group, and be very sure in your selection of this group, that you choose ONLY those who will be in COMPLETE SYMPATHY AND HARMONY WITH YOUR PURPOSE.

DEFINITENESS OF DECISION always requires courage, sometimes very great courage

Business Success - It is all about timing
Sunday, August 17th, 2008

Business Success is obviously a core driver and there is a danger that you end up busy but not successful.

Here is a useful tip that I heard the other day that I thought was powerful.

Business Success is about the timing of the actions that you take. You may be taking action but it is the right action at the right time. Think carefully about this statement if you want to ensure you attain business success
