A background in Innovation, Management Consulting and Sales & Marketing with an eye for market opportunities and an intense drive to deliver exceptional results in all aspects of his life.

Joel has just over 10 years in the construction and property industry; working with various blue chip companies on a national and international basis.
 
Joel began working life with a builder / developer in the construction profession and has moved into the corporate field of commercial project risk & financial management. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology and is degree qualified with a Bachelor of Construction Management.

He is currently managing and growing his personal investment property portfolio within the residential and commercial property market.

Nicholas Moustacas has been working in the Accounting profession since 1989. Nicholas began his career in a 4 Partner Chartered Accounting Practice where he remained up until 1994. He then established RM Chartered Accountants based in Wollongong in 1995 and built the practice up to 7 staff. In 1998 the firm achieved the NSW Best Small Practice Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

In 2002 he moved back to Sydney and established Strategic Wealth Management in Sydney’s CBD. He identified a large deficiency between a mainstream accounting practice and a tax/financial adviser.

Apart from being an active investor in property, shares and managed funds, Nicholas is also a registered Tax Agent, registered Company Auditor and a Justice of the Peace. Since 2005 Nicholas has been a regular speaker on tax structures and planning for property investors.

Peter has managed a parallel career as one of Australia's top yachtsmen, accumulating two world titles, 10+ Australian titles and was a member of the Australian Olympic Sailing Team in the run-up to the 2000 Games.

She has also been consulted as an expert Psychologist by the breakfast TV program ‘Sunrise’ and evening news show ‘A Current Affair’.

John Potter is an internationally known speaker, facilitator and consultant at all three levels of front line, operational and strategic leadership development. John is one of the few individuals in the world with a PhD in Leadership.   He was appointed Visiting Professor to the Centre for Leadership at the University of Exeter, England in 1998 and now works with a range of business schools in the UK including the Warwick Business School, Cranfield University and Cass Business School in the City of London.  

He has co-authored three books on leadership “The Business of Leadership”, “Intelligent Leadership”  and a " Strategic Leadership Toolkit".

John also developed a unique course on Military Psychology which includes subjects such as hostage survival, interrogation and resistance to interrogation techniques, hostage negotiation and understanding combat stress.   As a result he has worked with a number of Special Forces organizations including the SAS and the SBS.  He combines real front line experience with academic excellence and is at the forefront of leadership philosphy.
